Friendly Fire -Audio Podcast - Episode 5

  1. I think one of the reasons that the post-Flashpoint speculation is running so high is that for once a major comic publisher is keeping something big secret. DC is being really serious with this going as far as to have everyone involved sign nondisclosure agreements. If nothing else it is a shift in the business as usual, and frankly this attitude is making me look forward September even more. Why? Because it shows that just maybe DC is willing to rethink how they have been going about everything for the last few years.

My prediction though, at most maybe a soft reboot where so of the more fringe or obtrusive elements are dealt with. Though almost certainly we will see a bunch of new characters, (we already have seen one Jim Lee's Element Woman) and probably a bigger integration of Milestone and Wildstorm characters. I wouldn't be surprised if we got a DCU WildCATS book within the year.

Also the show I am most sad to see go is Human Target, which was honestly one of the best action shows in years. It was a little on plot but that was plus for the show, every episode was fun and a thrill to watch. It's a shame to see it go, it would have been great if TNT picked it up since would have gone well with Leverage.
